China Resources Life Science Park belongs to Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. With the transformation of Beijing's industrial focus, the traditional model fades, which will surely promote the development of the industrial park to the 4.0 era. As the first opening area of the park, the north three buildings are the representative works of the cutting-edge science park with the characteristics of The Times created by China Resources Life Science Group. At the end of November 2019, the north three buildings project of China Resources Life Science Park stood out in the fourth REARD GLOBAL DESIGN AWARD (REARD Global Real Estate Design Award) award ceremony and won the Gold Award.
The main building materials of this project are terracotta panel, aluminum plate and glass curtain wall, among which the effect presentation of terracotta panel is the key and difficult point of this project control. There are few small radius curved terracotta panel projects in China. After several studies, tests and adjustments, the final effect of accurate size, delicate and durable realized.
